This is the inaugural post to our (Gretchen and Ryan) blog! I informed many of our friends and family that I would be creating such a blog, but I failed to act on it until after January of 2011 was in the books. I apologize. Hopefully, we can make up for it with stories that will help you all forget we are almost 3000 miles apart. We want you to know that we both miss most of you. I also apologize for the change in narrative voice and we thank you for your understanding in this matter.
